Eraeliya Villas & Gardens Weligama is a prestigious and luxurious hotel renowned for our exceptional service and elegant accommodations. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. We seek a dedicated and professional Hotel Butler to join our esteemed team.
You will be responsible for providing personalized services to our guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and overall experience, exceeding expectations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing guest requests and preferences.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Offering personalized Food & Beverage Services according to the guest's liking and preferences.
- Excellent Knowledge of Beverages, especially Spirits & Wines, and Preparations of Standard and Innovative Cocktails is a Must.
- Upselling and enhancing the overall Food & Beverage Sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 05 Years of Previous experience as a butler or in a similar Food & Beverage Operation related role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discreet and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
