About Us
The Araliya Group of hotels is spreading its wings across strategic locations. Nuwara Eliya already holds an inventory of approximately 550 rooms in capacity! In our continuous pursuit of excellence & the drive to stay far ahead of the competition, we have the following position to be filled by the right candidate.
We are looking for dynamic, committed, & effective individuals with proven track records to occupy the following positions:
- CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
- RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
- FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure providing monthly financial statements and other management reports on time
- Conduct monthly performance meetings with Senior Management
- Implement a good control system for Hotel operations
- Provide accurate and updated information for decision-making
- Manage working capital
- Provide required information for external and internal Auditors
PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Full or part qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA or Accounting Degree
- At least 5 years of post-qualifying experience in the Hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily restaurant & Bar operations
- Implement product quality and customer service standards
- Work with SOP
- Meet restaurant and bar financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Maximize financial performance in areas of responsibility
PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel
- Age below 45 years
- Preference for Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
