We are looking for you,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong understanding of database management principles and practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Familiarity with router configuration and network optimization techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with CCTV system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Certified Microsoft Navision administrator or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of mobile app development and maintenance processes (preferred).
- Experience with website maintenance and content management systems (CMS) (preferred).
- Familiarity with eFlat forms and their functionalities.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day network issues, including connectivity problems, router configuration, and network performance optimization.
- Possess strong hardware knowledge to diagnose and repair PC and laptop issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems for security purposes.
- Administer and support Microsoft Navision ERP system, ensuring smooth operation and user access. Demonstrate familiarity with mobile development and maintenance processes.
- Perform regular website maintenance tasks, including content updates and security patches. Maintain and troubleshoot eFlat forms, ensuring their functionality and user access.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platforms, potentially managing company social media accounts.
- Provide excellent technical support to internal users, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Document technical activities and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the IT field.
