POSITION: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE- ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT
JOB ROLE
- Assist in preparing proposals and reports for strategic partnerships.
- Be proactive in the creation of new partnerships in order to further build the impact investing and social entrepreneurship landscapes in the country Research on national development goals and sustainable development agenda, to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Ability to be an avid spokesperson for the company with partners.
- Ability to understand basic financial statements and analyze them.
- Should be able to successfully carry out tasked described in the Job Role.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Should possess a degree in business/finance/sustainability/Marketing.
- Good writing and speaking skills in English and Tamil. Ability to converse in Sinhalese will be an added advantage.
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders at the same time and ensure smooth flow of work.
- Have an entrepreneurship mentality and a good understanding of entrepreneurship eco system.
