SHOWROOM COORDINATOR
Light & Shade is the pioneer and market leader in the Stylished Blinds, Curtains and Shade industry and operates across Dubai, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Seychelles and other adjacent markets.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate Customer care division.
- Provide timely and clear communication with customers and team members.
- Transfer leads generated from the showroom to the CRM team for follow-up.
- Handle daily collection of payments and hand over to the finance department.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for any repairs required on showroom samples.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or showroom environment is an advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Candidate age between 20 - 35 years, Prefer in Negombo district
