KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Validate and track resource requirements raised by Business Units.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Assign available employees to projects based on their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
  • Address resource shortages by reallocating resources, assigning additional staff, and promptly informing senior management of any issues related to meeting clients' needs due to resourcing constraints.
  • Forecast the need for new employees for upcoming projects.
  • Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure that the company's resources have the capacity to work on upcoming projects.

Assistant Manager - Resource Management

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of industrial experience in Resource Management or a related role.
  • Possession of PHRM or CCHRM qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation, and optimization principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation.
