OVIN GASES (PVT) LTD.
We are Ovin Gases (Pvt) Ltd., a well-established organization engaged in the manufacturing of Industrial gases & distributing around Sri Lanka. We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team for the post of Plant Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Male).
The Person we are looking for must possess:
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or Industrial Gases Manufacturing industry (added advantage)
- Holding a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Electrical
- Age below 35 years
Plant Engineer/ Assistant Engineer responsibilities include:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in Sinhala & English
- Maintaining efficient processes for batch costing and analyzing variances
- Identifying production lapses in each plant
- Ensuring quality standards of products
- Plants Maintenance, upgrades, parts replacing, and repairing on time
- Maintaining efficiency in procurement of Raw Material
- Applying strategies to improve efficiency and motivate employees to achieve production targets
- Good working knowledge in MS Office package
