PRODUCTION MANAGER
Cocotana Coconut Products is a leading manufacturer and exporter of coconut based products situated in Katana. Our company has been in the coconut industry for over 60 years and we are constantly evolving and expanding our business.
Job Duties
- Ensure the production plan is adhere with set timelines to achieve to business target.
- Optimum utilization of allocated resource to achieve production target.
- Monitor and analyze production process to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Responsible for submitting required production reports to the management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance to address production related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Production Manager or equal position in the field of processing, manufacturing. Experience in working with manufacturing of Desiccated coconut / VCO would be an advantage.
- Bachelor degree in food science, Agriculture, or related field (from a recognized university).
- Knowledge of production process, Quality standards and safety regulations.
