COST CONTROLLER
Alankulama Holdings is a diversified company engaged in various businesses, such as supermarkets, bakeries, pastry outlets, restaurants, agri-farming, etc. We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing individual to join our company in the following capacity to meet the rising demand and growth plan of the company.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE
- Monitoring and Controlling Restaurant Kitchen and other department Overheads and Operational Cost.
- Tracking and Managing Inventory- Regular monitor and Manage Inventory levels to ensure efficient use of Ingredients and minimize wastage.
- Maintain Daily and Weekly Reports to Track Restaurant Costs, analyze variance, Identify Trends and take necessary actions.
- Regular Price comparison on all Purchases.
- Responsible of Cost of Sales
- Preparation of Daily monthly Cost reports
- Supporting for Financial and Management Decision Making
- Regularly assess staff performance to identify areas for improvements.
- Preparation of Menu Costing and other related costing
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or a Hospitality Management
- More than 5 Years' experience of Related Industry become a Cost Controller
- Financial Analysis
- Budgeting
- Data Management - skills in handling and Organizing Cost related Data
- Forecasting
- Industry specific Knowledge
- Risk Management
- Commitment to Continuous Learning
- Age between 35-45 Years
