RECOVERY OFFICER
- Person:
- Should pass G.C.E Ordinary Level and G.C.E Advanced level
- Unblemished career record with all past employers
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity at a Finance company or Bank.
- Should have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Willing to work extra hours when required
- Should have Motorbike riding license
- Age should below 30 years
- Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned customer portfolio
- Visit customers and prepare visit reports
- Follow up on payments over the telephone
- Execute recovery actions
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recovery reports
- Visit outstations if required
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual collection targets
The ability to work to deadlines and a high degree of personal discipline and integrity will be key criteria required for this position. The person should have an aptitude to work in an electronically networked and integrated systems environment.
