CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/EXECUTIVE

The position holder will be expected to ensure that He/She delivers the best and highest possible standards of service to its customers and contribute to the sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a strong Customer Base and consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Attract and retain a satisfied customer base by providing superior service.
  • Attending to customer complaints, enquiries, and comments.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service team and develop new ways to attract and retain customers.
  • Coordinating with external parties (banks, cross promos, etc.) to increase direct and indirect sales

Personal Profile

  • He/She should have a Degree or part qualification in Marketing or Professional qualification in CIM or SLIM or any other recognized Professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputed company under same or similar capacity.
  • Should be a proactive person with excellent leadership skills and ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to speak in English is a must.
  • Ability to envision innovative marketing approaches.
  • Age below 35
