We have exciting opportunities available for the following positions:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
  • Provide financial advice and support to clients
  • Collaborate with auditors and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or HND in Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting certification or part qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Manager - Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage administrative functions
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle scheduling, planning, and office management tasks
  • Assist in policy development and implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Admin Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain records and files
  • Check accuracy in reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
