We have exciting opportunities available for the following positions:
Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
- Provide financial advice and support to clients
- Collaborate with auditors and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or HND in Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification or part qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Manager - Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative functions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle scheduling, planning, and office management tasks
- Assist in policy development and implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Admin Executives
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain records and files
- Check accuracy in reports.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organisational and time management skills
