Job Summary
- We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for Officer - Credit Control to manage debtors in the Cummins Service Department.
Key Requirements:
- Follow up debtors and payment collection of Cummins Service Department
- Preparation of collection plan (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Planning invoice & other document deliveries to customers Conducting weekly debtors meeting with Service Dept. Job Owners and keep records
- Weekly presentation of department debtors to Board of Directors Liaising with the Finance department to get updates about collected payments
- Liaising with customers & resolving their issues related to TPL invoices to collect debtors
- Identify customers with negative payment history and take actions to avoid future debtors
- Visiting customers for streamline payment process
- Preparing Debtors & Collection related reports as required by the management Sending letters with outstanding updates & statements for customers
- Preparing & following up on customer Advances.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to arrange Bank Guarantees for Cummins Service Department
Skills & Qualifications:
- GCE Advanced Level
- Professional qualifications in Finance will be a definite advantage
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Ability to work Under pressure
- Good presentation skills
- Problem Solving skills
- IT Literacy
- English Proficiency
- Good Negotiation skills
- Hands on experience in ERP would be added advantage
