We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive, Luxury & Lifestyle to join Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts. As Sri Lanka's largest hotel chain, our portfolio features 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, as well as the much anticipated USD 1 Billion enterprise - Cinnamon Life, set to open in 2024. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of Sri Lanka's largest listed conglomerates.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales via direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and hotel tours. You will execute the plans set out by the Sales Manager for the resorts to drive measurable and incremental sales revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading special or negotiated rates onto the property management system and maintaining customer and company profiles. Furthermore, this role will provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and processing sensitive data, and resolving guest issues.
