LAUGFS Super HR Executive - Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement

Role Description - The position holder is fully responsible for effective driving of Talent acquisition & delivering of outstanding engagement initiatives to strengthen the team bond.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Driving talent acquisition of assigned supermarket clusters and other locations as per the operational requirements in an efficient manner.
  • Strictly adhering to Recruitment & Selection formalities, procedures and service level agreements.
  • Conducting induction programme after each interview series in order to better familiarize the new employees.
  • Maintaining cordial & effective professional relationships with government/ non-governmental institutions in order to develop potential talent pool.
  • Keeping and updating cadre requirements & headcount budget reports in an accurate manner.
  • Fulfilling manpower requirements & processing their payments in time.
  • Organizing exciting & creative employee engagement events across the company to ignite synergy & energy of the employees.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • A degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized University or Institution.
  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar capacity, Supermarket / Retail experience will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sound knowledge in Administration and best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
