Job Title: Interior Designer (05 Positions)

Job brief
We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces that are also visually pleasing.
Job Responsibilities
- To complete the drawings inclusive of proposal drawings (2D and 3D), mock-up drawings, section drawings, shop drawings, as built drawings etc.
- To receive drawings, request from direct superior/sales team/site team on daily basis.
- To attend daily designer check-in and update drawings progress for each project.
- To work closely with sales team/detailer pertaining to drawing design, space planning, technical requirement etc.
- Constantly updated on trends and improvement in kitchen and wardrobe design to enhance the design concept and overall drawing perspective.
- To attend discussion or site meeting with project sales/site team/sales consultant.
- To attend the Design Concept presentation with project sales team to experience and expose to client's feedback on the design related matters (if necessary).
- To comply the drawings, follow the client requirement.
- To update kitchen & wardrobe drawing also product library into CRM & Design library.
Skill Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor / Diploma in Interior / Architecture or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD and other 3D software.
- Experience in kitchen planning and design.
- Proven experience as interior designer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
