SALES & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate will need to have the following SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE advanced level
  • Excellent English skills; both oral & written
  • High level proficiency on MS office applications & experience in Quickbooks (or similar)
  • Exceptional admin skills ability to multi-task
  • Work independently well and in team environment
  • Experience in sales & administration

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and enhance client relationships both in person and over the phone
  • General admin duties, including raising system generated invoicing, credit notes, purchase orders, general letter writing, preparing quotations, filing etc.
  • Visiting customers
  • Ability to work 6 days a week
