SALES & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
The ideal candidate will need to have the following SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- GCE advanced level
- Excellent English skills; both oral & written
- High level proficiency on MS office applications & experience in Quickbooks (or similar)
- Exceptional admin skills ability to multi-task
- Work independently well and in team environment
- Experience in sales & administration
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and enhance client relationships both in person and over the phone
- General admin duties, including raising system generated invoicing, credit notes, purchase orders, general letter writing, preparing quotations, filing etc.
- Visiting customers
- Ability to work 6 days a week
