GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED looking for dedicated, committed, collaborative and sharp minded individuals for below mentioned positions for working in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT (SRI LANKA)
- Fully/Partly Qualified In CIMA/ACCA or SL Chartered
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar field with the thorough knowledge of income tax, vat and other tax connected with inland revenue department
- Working knowledge of quick book
- Experience in heading the finance division, finalizing monthly accounts, cash flow budgeting & forecasting
- Audit experience in 2 years or more
- Ability to work under pressure with the minimum supervision
- Liaise with banks & company auditors
- Age below 40
2. FINANCE CONTROLLER (MALDIVES)
- Bachelors Degree from recognized university in the area of finance or accounting. Fully Qualified In CIMA/ACCA or SL Chartered
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar field with the thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Check financial documentation systems (Standard companywide policies)
- Instituting proper internal controls and systems to mitigate the financial and operational risks of the company
- Control Project's Budgets (cost, profitability, revenue generation and cashflows) Evaluation of financial implementation of key strategic decisions and enhance the business profitability
- Age below 50
