Responsibilities:
- Assist in the placement of candidates in maritime industry roles
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
- Provide support throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain records and documentation related to placements
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR field
- Knowledge of the maritime industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
