Job Profile:
- Coordinate effective induction orientation sessions and soft skills trainings monthly basis.
- Plan, organize and execute all the Employee engagement activities/ Welfare /CSR and Sports activities in the Company according to the annual budget plan.
- Design all the employee communication materials to aware employees about all HR initiatives. Collaborate & cooperate with all respective stakeholders and maintain a healthy relationship.
- Assisting the HR Administration, documentation and operational tasks with the team. Assisting the HRIS matters, and other HR functions as when required.
Candidate Profile:
- Fully or partly qualified in Degree or Professional qualification in HRM.
- Should possess a good command of English and Sinhala communication skills in both oral and written.
- Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Age below 28 years.
- Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential information.
- Should be a good team player who can work with multiple stakeholders and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work in a fully computerized environment and excellent Computer literacy (MS Office package).
