Grace Ocean Developers (Pvt) Ltd. is a specialized condominium development company Incorporated in Sri Lanka, engaged in undertaking projects in unique locations with exceptional Themes catering to both foreign and exclusive local customers.
Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Our projects are partnered with leading reputable contractors, suppliers and professionals who have many years of experience in executing such projects locally as well as overseas.
In our latest venture, we have undertaken to develop a condominium complex facing the beach in Ahangama, with 245 luxurious state-of-the art condominiums. Forging ahead, in order to provide the impetus for the success and growth of the company, we are seeking an individual with an excellent blend of technical expertise in similar projects, proven track record of leadership and organization skills to take the driving seat in the position of "Chief Executive Officer (CEO)".
The successful candidate shall be less than 50 years of age, having excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala, with abundance of energy, and a champion strategist and possess an incomparable drive to achieve operational excellence whilst fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Key responsibilities shall entail the following:
- Lead and manage both construction and marketing activities of the projects
- Develop an organization structure (Teams) conducive for operational success
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Uphold high standards of governance and transparency
- Be responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors for all the operations
- To drive for performance excellence and to achieve the corporate goals and objectives
- Periodically report to the Board of Directors of the progress made
- Addressing challenges with stakeholders and implementing professional solutions and ensure seamless operations
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO/COO for a minimum period of 5 years
- Master's degree in Business management from a reputable university
- Qualified Engineer with minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in similar Projects
- Financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial reports to make strategic decisions
- Understanding of contracts, obligations of parties, and rightful remedies in the event of breaches between parties
