Academic Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academic department, including managing student records, course schedules, and faculty support.
- Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
- Assisting with academic program development and implementation.
- Processing student applications, registrations, and graduations.
- Monitoring academic progress and advising students on academic matters.
- Managing academic resources and ensuring adherence to institutional policies.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Vocational or higher education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (Fluency in English) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
