Academic Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academic department, including managing student records, course schedules, and faculty support.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Assisting with academic program development and implementation.
  • Processing student applications, registrations, and graduations.
  • Monitoring academic progress and advising students on academic matters.
  • Managing academic resources and ensuring adherence to institutional policies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Vocational or higher education.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (Fluency in English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
