Trainee Field Assistant
Orchid Nivasie House Owners Society Limited manages a gated community in Talahena, Malabe covering an extent of 22 acres. This encompasses 174 Luxury Housing Units with sub components such as Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Club House, Road Network with Street Lights and Security Services on a Landscaped Area.
We are looking to recruit a Trainee Field Assistant to assist our Facility Manager Assistant in carrying out the supervisory work in the field.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The Trainee Field Assistant work with the Facilities Management Assistant oversee the following areas of responsibilities:
- Maintenance of swimming pool, gymnasium and sewerage treatment plant equipment
- Managing the Security Services Personnel and the Janitorial Staff and all other service providers, vendors and contractors
- Supervision of the general infrastructure, horticulture and landscape
- Garbage removal and pruning of trees and foliage
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him.
The Trainee Field Assistant shall -
- Speak and write in English and Sinhala clearly and effectively; Knowledge of Tamil shall be an advantage.
- Establish and maintain productive partnerships with residents and house owners by gaining their trust and respect;
Education
- GCE Advanced Level
- 19 - 25 years
Residents of Malabe and its environs shall be preferred.
