Responsibilities
- The selected candidate would be required to manage all areas of the finance division and ensure the division supports the operations of the organization, subsidiaries & sister companies
- Prepare financial statements
- Manage cash flow
- Finalize audits/tax liabilities
- Present timely and accurate management information
- Negotiate with banks and other financial institutions for credit facilities
- Implement processes and internal controls within the organization
- Recruit-train-develop-monitor and manage staff in the division
Qualifications
- Should have degree from reputed university (Finance/Accountancy)
- Member of CA/ACCA / CIMA or part qualified
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in Finance / Accountancy (2-3 years out of 5 years' experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage)
- Should possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in Sinhala and English with good interpersonal skills
- We will be giving preference to those who are living close to Kurunegala area
