Job Description:
- Plan, implement, improve, and execute the plant's mechanical maintenance program to meet plant availability goals set by the management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operation of plant and machinery, addressing mechanical aspects and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain adherence to quality management and safety standards implemented by the company, including spare part management, safety management, workforce management, and energy management systems.
- Manage mechanical engineering aspects of new projects, providing expertise and oversee to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
- Manage ship unloading and containerized wheat shipment discharging operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and boiler operators.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to maintain product integrity and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising product quality or safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering specialized in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Possess a minimum 5 to 7 years working exposure in mechanical engineering, maintenance, and project management.
- Candidates with the background in flour mill industry or similar industries is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering & Machine Troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
