SALES COORDINATOR

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for Partner & Corporate accounts. The candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with other stakeholders to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & support the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Recording and responding to incoming sales inquiries from customers.
  • Maintaining sales funnel and preparing relevant reports as requested by the Management.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
  • Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

Qualifications

  • Passed GCE Advanced Level
  • 1 year experience in sales related role
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
