Role Description
- Assistant Marketing Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager at TFO. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, building the company brand, conducting market research, managing digital platforms and advertising campaigns, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing budgets, organizing events and promotions, and reporting on marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies & brand building.
- Thorough knowledge of market research techniques, digital platforms and analysis.
- Experience in managing social media, online website and advertising campaigns. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in the Retail Fashion industry is a MUST.
