What do you need to have?

• NVQ level 3 / Certificate iii in Commercial Cookery, equivalent or higher.
• Extensive industry experience as a chef, with a strong background in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and slideshow creation.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) equivalent or higher is highly desirable.
