Sales Administration Executive

  • Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
  • Responsible for working closely with global and regional sales teams
  • Assisting, coordinating sales related administrative activities
  • Administering sales support systems and sales data
  • Reports to the Senior Commercial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Central Systems (Opera, Next Guest CRM), CRM data report on data inconsistencies and manipulation
  • Manage and maintain specific cataloged sales data sets for management review
  • Prepare periodic reports for management
  • Support on-demand reporting requests
  • Ensure data is not duplicated and carries consistent
  • Set reminders and follow-ups with sales teams globally for accounts update activities supporting sales calls initiatives
  • Assist the HODS or Commercial Manager on ad Sales administration tasks Agenda and report management
  • Able to work independently and is self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with basic use of Microsoft Word, PPT, Outlook
  • Comfortable working with complex Excel documents
  • Knowledge of how CRM systems function
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in English
