Sales Administration Executive
- Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
- Responsible for working closely with global and regional sales teams
- Assisting, coordinating sales related administrative activities
- Administering sales support systems and sales data
- Reports to the Senior Commercial Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Central Systems (Opera, Next Guest CRM), CRM data report on data inconsistencies and manipulation
- Manage and maintain specific cataloged sales data sets for management review
- Prepare periodic reports for management
- Support on-demand reporting requests
- Ensure data is not duplicated and carries consistent
- Set reminders and follow-ups with sales teams globally for accounts update activities supporting sales calls initiatives
- Assist the HODS or Commercial Manager on ad Sales administration tasks Agenda and report management
- Able to work independently and is self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with basic use of Microsoft Word, PPT, Outlook
- Comfortable working with complex Excel documents
- Knowledge of how CRM systems function
- Able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English
