Enliven Designers is seeking a talented Website Troubleshooter/Web Developer/PHP Developer to join our dynamic team.
Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd is a one-stop shop for all web solutions, such as Web Designing, Web Hosting, Web Development, Content Writing, SEO, Social Media Marketing & BPO Operations based in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Issue Analysis and Resolution
✓ Timely examination of website problems, such as bugs and issues.
✓ Collaborate with the Tech Lead to determine the priority of issues and assign them to the team within the agreed-upon timeframe.
✓ Ensure that identified issues are resolved within the agreed-upon timeframe and maintain a comprehensive record of fixes.
✓ Regular communication with the team to provide updates on issue resolution progress and any potential delays.
- Client Training and Support
✓ Provide comprehensive training to clients on "Product Order Management" and advanced functionalities.
✓ Ensure that clients achieve proficiency in using the product
- Third-Party Integration
✓ Promptly assess and integrate external software into the system.
✓ Confirm compatibility and functionality with existing software within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Regular Maintenance and Security
✓ Perform routine maintenance on websites as scheduled.
✓ Provide technical assistance to clients in a timely manner.
- Code Reviews and Plugin Management
✓ Conduct thorough code reviews for new and existing plugins.
✓ Test and ensure the functionality of critical components.
✓ Keep these integrations up-to-date and operational at all times. Resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.
✓ Swiftly identify and address security vulnerabilities and issues.
✓ Respond promptly to critical issues and resolve them within the agreed-upon timeframe.
✓ Integrate external plugins as necessary within the agreed-upon timeframe.
✓ Verify a seamless purchase journey.
✓ Handle website migration and domain pointing within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Coordination and Communication
✓ Collaborate with the team to effectively communicate and resolve technical problems and their solutions.
✓ Maintain ongoing communication with management regarding task assignments and schedules.
✓ Ensure tasks are completed on time according to the schedule.
✓ Assist clients with training and, when needed, conduct webinars on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a WP/PHP Web Developer.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in PHP and WordPress is essential.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging web applications.
