Job Title: Executive - Payroll
Requirements:
- Part Qualification of CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA CMA or undergraduate of Accounting, Finance or HR Disciplines
- Two years of proven experience in the field of Payroll Management
- Proficiency in using payroll software tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports and manage records
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing and administration
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of payroll information to maintain precise payroll records
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns
- Generate payroll reports including tax reports and labor cost analyses
- Conduct regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify any discrepancies
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and stay updated with latest regulations and standards
