  • Executive - IT (IT Support Specialist)

  • The Job

    • Reacting to and responding in a timely manner to end-user support requests on hardware and systems.

    • Coordinate with vendors and support providers to timely provide end-user support on IT issues.

    • Fair knowledge of the latest analytical tools.

    • Hands-on experience in managing and commissioning hardware and software systems.

    • Maintain the register of end-user computing assets and peripherals.

  • The Person

    • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT discipline or equivalent professional qualification.

    • Proficient in Windows desktop operating systems and networking.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
