We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented young individual to join our growing team of professionals as an Intern - Training & Development for our learning center.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate/ undergraduate in Human Resources / Business Management or any other related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala language.
- Ability to work in a computerized work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to initiative and learn independently.
