WE'RE HIRING
Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants
We are seeking Experienced functional/business Consultants who have played a lead role in at least two (2) Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects using the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) Implementation Methodology for IOM Philippines.
The Role
The selected candidates will provide functional and/or technical consulting services, design, configuration, testing, end user Trainings and documentation for the implementation of Oracle Fusion (SaaS) Human Capital Management Cloud solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- A Graduate from a recognized university or have a recognized Education Qualification
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Goal and Performance Management, Workforce Compensation, etc.,) - Clearly state the module(s) with experience in months
- Excellent skills in English (Writing and Presentation)
- Experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP and/or Oracle EBS R12 is advantageous
