SEEKING HR INTERNS

(BASED IN MOUNT LAVINIA)

Jaysons Holdings has been successful in planning, constructing and executing various projects in diverse spheres industry for over 35 years. Some of their recent projects are The Little England Cottages, Nuwara Eliya that has caught the attention of many affluent individuals worldwide, a luxury apartment complex in De Saram Road, Mount Lavinia and a very exclusive project in Digana, Kandy and a Quartz Stone Production Facility in Badalgama. The Company Head Office is situated in Mount Lavinia.

KEY JOB ROLE

  • Handle the recruitment and exit processes of personnel and preparing necessary documentation of the mentioned processes.
  • Creating advertisements for vacancies that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain the personal files of employees and necessary documentation.
  • Keep accurate record of attendance of staff.
  • Preparing salary confirmations and other related documents for employees as and when requested.
  • Assist in handling EPF and ETF related matters.
  • Handle payroll related matters.
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Coordinate receipt / issue of official documents and official property between the Head Office and our associate companies' remote locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and good problem solving skills.
  • Excellent in Microsoft office programs (MS Word / MS Excel).
  • A self-motivated and energetic individual.
  • Candidates currently studying for a HR related qualification and / or those with previous experience in a similar capacity will have an added advantage.
