Associate Operations Manager - Finance & HR

Avantrio (Pvt) Ltd., a leading tech company specializing in outsourced software development, is seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to oversee all aspects of our Finance and HR functions.

About You:

  • Experience in managing finance operations for a growing organization.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the financial cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external financial institutions.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
