F & B Department
- F & B Supervisor
Engineering Department
- AC Technician

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a star-class hotel in a similar position
- Hotel school qualification
- Sound knowledge in service standards with good PR skills
- Good promotional & sales skills
- Good knowledge of the English language is essential
- Must be a quick & fast worker
Restaurant Captain

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a star-class hotel in a similar position
- Sound knowledge in service standards
- Fair knowledge of the English language is essential
- Hotel school qualification is an added advantage
Barman
-
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a star-class hotel in a similar position
- Well versed in overall bar operations
- Sound knowledge of the English language with good sales promotion skills would be an added advantage
- Age below 40 years
Staff Cook, Kitchen Department
-
- Qualified in GCE O/L's
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a star-class hotel. Ability to cook rice & curry
- Age below 35 years
