If you're a driven individual fluent in both English and Sinhala and possess strong skills in MS Excel and Word and are located near our main site but adaptable and open to occasionally travel to other locations, we want you!
Your Role with Us:
- As a Workforce Management intern you will be based in Avissawella and supporting various activities such as staff and team member onboarding processes, EPF and ETF registration, benefits claim procedures, completion and maintenance of personal files, and management of employee profiles within the Oracle system.
