Responsibilities
- Assist finance and sales team with continuous follow up of collections locally and in overseas regions.
- Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
- Follow up on purchase orders and invoicing with Sales, Projects & finance departments.
- Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation.
- Daily, weekly and monthly preparations of regional sales collection reports.
- Closely follow up agreements with legal department and coordinating with project team until installation is done.
- Provide administrative assistance for members in Sales & Project team.
- Coordination of various operations activities between HQ and overseas offices.
- Support the activities required for ISO audits and any other certification that is applicable for the company
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience in the related fields
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Ability to operate with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Great interpersonal skills
