Junior Executive (Recruitment)

WE ARE HIRING!

We are seeking a motivated and a skilled individual to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Junior Executive - Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating throughout the talent management process to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting Job openings on various job sites.
  • Conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Screening candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the clients and candidates.
  • Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
  • Managing the resume database and recruitment dashboard.
  • Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One plus years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Adequate knowledge on various recruitment techniques, including sourcing, networking, and interviewing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for finding the right talent to drive organizational success.
