Junior Executive (Recruitment)

We are seeking a motivated and a skilled individual to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Junior Executive - Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating throughout the talent management process to meet our organization's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Posting Job openings on various job sites.
- Conducting preliminary interviews.
- Screening candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the clients and candidates.
- Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
- Managing the resume database and recruitment dashboard.
- Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One plus years of experience in the relevant field.
- Adequate knowledge on various recruitment techniques, including sourcing, networking, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for finding the right talent to drive organizational success.
