Lead-Team Lead - Operations

  • We are seeking a motivated and a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic team. As Team Lead - Operations, you will play a pivotal role to meet our company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage interactions with customers and business partners to accomplish an objective. To oversee daily operations and client requests.

  • To build strong client relationships through daily meetings, regular check-ins, and quarterly reviews.

  • Conducting efficient resource planning to increase the operations team's output.

  • To mentor and inspire the team to successfully satisfy customer needs.

  • To evaluate performance using the main metrics (SLA, AR, & UBR).

  • Participate in the growth of the team.

  • Maintaining Monthly SLA and meeting deadlines for all clients.

  • Setting and achieving the monthly collection target, participating in collection and reconciliation as required.

  • Monitoring current contracts.

  • Regularly implementing processes and monitoring such processes.

  • Managing day today team operations and existing client relationships.

  • Be a custodian for providing clients and the team with prompt solutions. Coordinating with customers to pursue new business lines.

Requirements:

  • MBA or a professional degree equivalent is required.

  • Strong negotiating and client interaction abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.

  • Capacity to oversee client portfolios including IT and non-IT clients, with diverse priorities

  • A focus on process improvement to improve the quality and efficacy of the services provided. Computer proficiency (MS Office suite) and excellent in MS Excel.

  • 67 years of experience in the similar field.
