KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify opportunities for growth and initiate strategies
Execute sales operations whilst collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful collateral for the category
Establish product specifications, pricing, and align with factory/assembly line to meet market needs

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/related field (Master's degree preferred)
3+ years managerial experience in agricultural machinery/hardware industry
Proven experience in category management/ product marketing within the consumer goods industry
Conduct Market & competitor analysis to support decisions
Initiate monthly promotions & lead generation programs
Strong analytical and exceptional communication skills
Dealer relationship management and supporting sales teams
Ability to travel within the country and overseas
