Position: HR Executive
JOB ROLE:
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Coordinate HR planning and recruitment processes.
- Produce and submit reports on HR and administrative activities.
- Participate in payroll activities and resolve any errors.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments.
- Promote better coordination and communication among different departments.
JOB PROFILE:
- Diploma in HRM from a well-recognized institute.
- At least 02 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Well-established knowledge in local labor law.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Sinhala and English; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Living near Negombo is an added advantage.
