Admin and Front Officer

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • G.C.E O/L and A/L is required.
  • A Degree or diploma specialized in HR/Marketing or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 01 year working experience in customer relations/HR or front office/Receptionist.
  • Experience in handling EPF/ETF and other HR related matters and assist to handling legal matters will be an added advantage.
  • Leadership skills, Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Industry and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skill.
  • Language skill- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Sinhala and Spoken in Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Assist to organize company events and training programs.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office Applications).
  • Should have pleasing personality.
  • Hand on experience in Tender processing, Quotation handling will be an added advantage.
  • Assist for the company overall administration works.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Need to manage all clients/customers who come to the front office.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Need to handle all EPF/ETF and other HR related matters such as Document filling and other documentation works.
  • Assist to organize company events and training programs.
  • Need to assist for Tender processing and call for quotations for HR and Administration purposes.
  • Need to manage all stock records of company stuffs including stationaries and others.
  • Need to manage company conference room reservations.

Other Conditions

  • Upper age limit is 30 years as at the application closing date.
  • Contract basis position & it can be extended based on your performance.
  • Prefer for both male and female.
