Key Roles
- Leading the design journey from initial concepts to final product release for our seasonal collections.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to keep our offerings ahead of evolving fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Ensuring stringent quality standards across all design outputs while fostering collaboration across teams to enhance overall productivity.
- Participating in collaborative sessions with the creative team to develop cutting-edge and trend-defining designs.
- Performing trend research and market analysis to identify competitor activities, then proactively presenting new ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe software (Ai, Photoshop, and Indesign), as well as Microsoft Office, with strong computer etiquette.
- Demonstrated capacity to excel in dynamic, fast-paced work settings, adept at managing multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
- A combination of creativity with meticulous attention to detail, alongside strong organizational, analytical, and numerical abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala is essential.
