BRANCH OPERATION OFFICER CUM MAIN CASHIER (ASSISTANT MANAGER GRADE)

Job Role
- Responsible & accountable for managing & supervising of overall branch operations under the direction of Branch Manager.
- Ensure all cash and cheque transactions are accounted accurately and timely on daily basis.
- Ensure the adherence of compliance, branch controls, guidelines of branch operational manual, company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, management directives & relevant.
- Serve customers in an effective, responsible and professional manner.
- Assist Branch Manager to achieve the overall branch KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree from a recognized university OR Full professional qualification in relevant discipline with 02 years' experience in Branch operations functions & Main Cashiering functions.
- Recognized Diploma (Minimum 01 Year) OR Part professional qualification with 03 years' experience in Branch operations functions & Main Cashiering functions.
- G.C.E (A/L) examination with minimum 04 years' experience in Branch operations functions & Main Cashiering functions.
- G.C.E (O/L) examination with minimum 05 years' experience in Branch operations functions & Main Cashiering functions.
AGE: Below 40 Years.
Remuneration:
Performance based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications and experience.
