Job Description



A leading apparel brand in the USA is seeking merchandisers and quality controllers with a minimum of 5 years experience who are able to work as a team for its China buying office.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product sourcing with competitive pricing and quality.
  • Review and ensure tech pack accuracy for SMS and bulk production.
  • Collaborate with QA Team to verify style vendor factory activities.
  • Verify costs.
  • Monitor WIP reports and conduct meetings.
  • Track the status and delivery of samples.
  • Monitor the calendar and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure all key dates are met.
  • Coordinate with the head office.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge in sports/activewear (knit and woven) required.
  • A Minimum Bachelor's university degree and professional work experience are required.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Quality Controller

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and ensure product quality at various stages of production.
  • Work closely with vendors to address quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of factories to maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the merchandisers to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Ability to conduct fabric inspections is a plus

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in quality control within the apparel industry.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • A Minimum Bachelor's university degree is required.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
