IT HELP DESK EXECUTIVE

We are on the look out for an outstanding and energetic individual for the position of IT Help desk Executive.

Required Skills and Responsibility

  • Knowledge in Computer hardware and networking with TCP/IP to support hardware items installed in client site
  • To be a part of project implementation team when product being installed.
  • To make local project coordination with other related teams during project execution
  • To provide Onsite support for MSR product in a 5 star hotel as part of hotel IT Team
  • To report to hotel IT executive for day to day support activities

Required Qualification

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, electronics, electrical or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and provide clear instructions and solutions
