Odoo Functional Consultant (Remote) Full-time/Part-time

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing Odoo-based solutions, configuring the system, and providing support and training to end-users. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and business processes, identify optimization opportunities with Odoo, and design and implement tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing etc.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.
- Perform functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Required Skills
- Proficiency as an Odoo consultant.
- Knowledge of various Odoo modules and their inter-dependencies. Python, XML, and ORM within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Experience with third-party integrations and plugins in Odoo.
- Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL).
- Strong problem-solving and technical issue resolution skills.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Effective project management and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 year experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems are highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, and others.
