Intern - Human Resources
Brandix Apparel Solutions (Private) Limited - Knit-Welisara
SCOPE
- As Intern - HR, you will be reporting to the Assistant Manager - HR of the SBU.
- You will be required to facilitate and function the payroll operation, employee engagement and employee relation activities for the SBU.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist payroll operation by providing timely inputs
- Liaise with stakeholders and follow up required inputs
- Address employee queries pertaining to benefits
- Participate in and facilitate company events
- Review and distribute employee documents in required formats
- Complete Human Resources related documents and activities
- Generate information required by the Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- An undergraduate in the filed of Human Resource Management or Business Management form a recognized university/ Institute
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English communication is essential
- Male candidates are encouraged to apply
- Close proximity to Welisara would be an added advantage
